Hello there once again, today I will be talking to you about an American ‘reality’ show Storage Hunters.

A New Doctor

Hello once again, yesterday it was announced that the 12th person to play the Doctor in Doctor Who was going to be Peter Capaldi.

I feel that this is a very interesting choice as to a British audience he is probably best known as Malcolm Tucker a spin doctor from The Thick of It.

It’s nice to see that the BBC have moved away from casting someone very young as the Doctor and choose someone who is older and a big fan of the show itself. The only thing I noticed about the reveal is that on Twitter many people from outside of the UK had no idea who he was. Saying that though Matt Smith was relatively unheard of when he was announced as the 11th Doctor. Hopefully the fact that Peter has already appeared in an episode of Doctor Who (Fires of Pompeii) will somehow be explained or mentioned and not just overlooked.I personally think that this is a great casting for the next Doctor and hopefully Peter will make a great Doctor but only time will tell.
